- What are WORLD OF GOODIES shipping Rates?
- The world of goodies ships all orders via ups ground and pulls live rates to get you the best rates possible. If you live within a certain distance of our Teaneck location local same day delivery is also available.
- What is WORLD OF GOODIES return policy?
- Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. We will refund your order total and less our costs for shipping and handling each way. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number. To obtain a RMA numbers please contact our customer care. For perishable products such as pastries, cakes, and fruits, unfortunately, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. All products are included in our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee; if you are not satisfied please contact our customer care. We also cannot guarantee foodstuffs that get ruined due to heat or inclement weather.
- Are custom arrangements available?
- Absolutely. Any item in an order can be swapped out or entire custom arrangements can be created. Leave a message when checking out explaining the customization you desire.
